Formally dressed Customs and Border Protection officer Fernando Marte welcomed two cocaine dispatches with a kiss on the cheek and a handshake — and afterward attempted to help with their leave, say experts.
Marte was captured and summoned a week ago in Brooklyn Federal Court, authorities said. As indicated by court papers, Marte got one of asserted dealers — toting portable bags with 45 blocks of cocaine — past an optional review point.
