Applicant will pay a non refundable fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) as managerial charge. 

When an Item as been auctioned there shall be no substitute or replacement neither discount should  be engaged. 

A successful bidder should make payment between five (5) working days. 

Inability to pay within the period five (5) working days, item will be return to the (second) most noteworthy bidder. 

We offer you the most fastest clearing delivery within the maximum of 2 to 3 working days for saloon cars,containerized 4 to 5 working days, excluding shipment @ valuehandlers.

The effective bidder has two (2) weeks from the date of payment to evacuate the item bidded for, or might be penalized.

Any auction item not removed from the warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of payment shall revert to its pre-bidding status.
