NCS- Warns Against Conspiracy at the Lagos Sea port in Apapa Tincan

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has again cautioned importers and clearings agents against false declaration of document , short payments of customs duties and and every form of conspiracy on customs documentation.


Controller, PTML Command of the NCS, Comptroller Adeyanju Aremu who gave the notice amid the inauguration of the PTML chapter of the International Freight Forwarders Association (IFFA) as of late in Lagos said, anybody caught in this act will not be speared.

She approached the agents, saying all document must be properly declared to get their consignment out of the port immediately.
