NCS-- Procedures and Guard lines for Bidding e-Auction vehicle

Applicant must have a legitimate TIN issued by the FIRS with a valid e-mail account. 

Applicant will pay a non refundable fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) as managerial charge. 

When an Item as been auctioned there shall be no substitute or replacement neither discount should  be engaged. 

A successful bidder should make payment between five (5) working days. 

Inability to pay within the period five (5) working days, item will be return to the (second) most noteworthy bidder. 

We offer you the most fastest clearing delivery within the maximum of 2 to 3 working days for saloon cars,containerized 4 to 5 working days, excluding shipment @ valuehandlers.

The effective bidder has two (2) weeks from the date of payment to evacuate the item bidded for, or might be penalized.

Any auction item not removed from the warehouse within fourteen (14) days from the date of payment shall revert to its pre-bidding status. 

Observe for extra time cargo, that the fruitful bidder might likewise pay 25% charges for Shipping line and Terminal operator separately. 

Bidders might be permitted to offer for more than 2 items for each bidding window. 

For claiming items, the winner will be ask to present the following; 

1. A valid copy of paid assessment and bank receipt (optional in case of e-payment);

2. E-mailed code to identify owner after payment;

A notarized letter in case owner sends representative. (Where owner is present uploaded photo on registration will do.) 

3. Provide proper identification with the notarized letter such as International passport, Driver’s licence, Voters card or National I.D. 

4. The stay time for this Online Auction Sale might be Twenty-Eight (28) days. 

5. Third party claims shall not be entertained. 

6. Officers of the Nigeria Customs Service are excluded from participating in this Auction. 

7. Owner of seized item is excluded from bidding for same. 

8. Conditions and terms of this auction are to be carefully considered by an interested person before acceptance. 

9. Applicant undertakes to abide by the conditions and terms of this auction.
