The e-auction platform by the Nigeria Customs Service, NCS, Ogun State is just 14 days old, and a scamming drama is surfacing .

In the last 14 days, the 45 bidders that were given keys to their vehicles, having satisfied every single terms and conditions attached to the excise.

The scene, which occurred at the Idi - Iroko area command, witnessed a sensational drama when a bidder who was tricked by an associated programmer with customs website raged the setting.

Julius Ajasa, a bidder who came to claim his vehicle only to be told that he was having a fake document with him, before it was later discovered that he has been scammed by an anonymous hacker who tricked him to pay into his account.

Later the victim was asked to call the number given to him by the hacker, the calls were rejected.

The documents he brought had Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, with the registration number RC 06547 which indicated that he was successful on the bid to acquire a Toyota Camry 2010 model.
