NPA to Start Ship to Ship Transfer in July



The Management of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has declared that with impact from July this year, Ship To Ship (STS) exchange of oil based goods or whatever other cargo would just be permitted at assigned focuses along the Nation's waterways.
