The Senate has declared C\G Hameed Ali not capable handling a public post and ultimately demanded his resignation.

The has decided that the custom boss should resign his post for he has refused to show up before the law makers as directed by the higher house of legislator on march 16 last Thursday.

During their conversation earlier today 22nd wed 2017, that he only refuse to show up due to the letter that was received by the house of senate clerk from the attorney general of the federation Abubakar Malami saying that he should be left alone that the matter was in court amounted to interference.

During the debate, senator Dino Malaye of Kogi west said letter was an insult to the senator.
"He said in speech that the letter recieved from the attorney General was an insult to the senate, he said how can the attorney general that was screened in the house will tell us what to do and what to decide.

This will probably the first time in the history of black Africa for an attorney-General to decide for the senate.
