The case is said to be filed by an Abuja based lawyer, Mr Muhammed Ibrahim, seeking a serious injunction preventing the National assembly from fascinating the C\G to wear his proper custom uniform.
Mr Ali receive the court summons, told the news conference that the attorney general, a co-defendant in the suit, wrote to the national adviser to maintain the status quo, pending the outcome of the case.

According to the call before the court, all related issues are now subjudiced to a status quo that means i will not appear until the court make a declaration, so the matter remains as it is.
The C\G Hameed Ali had been called to defend the action implemented on the car owners who has no genuine document on import duties.
Although he actually appeared before the senate on March 16th, he stood on his word by not wearing his custom uniform.
Now the house has refused to engage him on another invitation on March 22nd, so he could appear as required.
Incase he failed to comply this time, the senate leader Bukola saraki will be forced to issue an arrest warrant as initially threatened.
